Our courses will provide you with solid theological training and practical hands-on ministry experience in real-life situations. In-class training is face-to-face – no boring DVDs – and is undertaken in a faith-filled, innovative environment. Courses range from one to three years in length.
The flexibility offered by SURFCiTY College enables you to train fulltime, part time or online from anywhere in the world at your own pace (due to Australian Government regulations international students can only study fulltime, in-class at the Surfers Paradise Campus).

Working in Ministry
Length: One year fulltime
Prerequisites: None*
This course will give you a solid foundation in theology, leadership and practical ministry skills. This is a brilliant course if you feel God’s calling to serve the body of Christ. Your thinking will be challenged as you’re inspired to push beyond the boundaries of the past to enlarge your capacity. This is the first year of the Diploma course.
Diploma of Christian Ministry and Theology 30773QLD

Length: Two years fulltime (including Cert. IV)
Prerequisites: Certificate IV in Christian Ministry*
This course will open many areas of ministry to you. At this level of training you will begin to tailor your studies to the area of ministry to which you feel called. Highly recommended for people who are called to a life ministry.
Advanced Diploma of Christian Ministry and Theology 30774QLD

If you’re serious about God’s call on your life, this course is for you. This course is tailor made for people who desire to be in full time ministry. Inspiring, challenging and equipping – you will gain the practical skills you need for a life of ministry at the highest levels.
